What happens when I go past my order allowance?
Your shop keeps taking orders. Each order past the allowance is charged at your plan’s per-order rate and added to your next renewal.
Can I move to a bigger plan later?
Yes. Everything runs on the same panel, so your products, orders and customers stay exactly where they are.
Can I run more than one store?
Yes. Each store has its own plan, address and admin, all under one EcomX account. Every store is priced the same — if we have given you a coupon for a second store, enter it at checkout.
Do I need my own domain to start?
No. Every shop gets a free myecomx.shop address to go live straight away. Connect your own domain on any plan that includes one.
